Eligibility will be determined by the program based on a combination of information and documents supplied by the applicant and information verified independently by the program.
Below are the basic eligibility criteria for applicants to be eligible for assistance. Please note that being deemed eligible does not guarantee that assistance will be provided, as ZRP is subject to limited funding.
Owner-Applicant Basic Qualifications
Must meet all basic qualifications to be eligible
The Applicant must qualify as low- to moderate-income (LMI), with a annual household income equal to or less than 80% of Area Median Income

The damaged property is located in Harrison County, MS;
Property was your primary residence at the time of Hurricane Zeta;
Currently own the damaged property;
The property must have unrepaired roof damage as a result of Hurricane Zeta;
The damaged property must be a single-family home.

Nonprofit-Applicant Basic Qualifications
Must meet all basic qualifications to be eligible
Be legally formed and registered with Mississippi Secretary of State's Office;
Provide social and educational services to LMI individuals or vulnerable populations;
Owned the property at the time of Hurricane Zeta;
Currently own the property;
The property must have unrepaired roof damage as a result of Hurricane Zeta;
Note – If you previously received assistance for repairing your Zeta damaged roof, that assistance must be taken into consideration when determining your eligibility for this program.
ZRP applicants will be required to provide complete and accurate information regarding their household composition, household income, and other eligibility criteria. Failure to disclose accurate and complete information (including failure to provide necessary documentation) may result in the applicant being deemed ineligible for assistance.
